So who are Rose and Gil? If they're original characters, where did I get the sprites for them? Well, I saw Rose and Gil as just some random navis. There are a lot of custom navis, like Roll and Megaman, on the net, but there are a lot more generic ones, and they pretty much all look the same. Who ever Rose's and Gil's operators are, they haven't taken the customization beyond a simple color job, except in Rose's case, where they added the long blonde hair to match her gendered personality. Of course that line of thinking made it easy for me, since I could just use generic navi sprites for them. But every one of Rose's sprites is a custom job, done myself, since I had to add the hair. And the standing position that you've seen them in so far is a custom job as well, since that position does not occur naturally in the game. One of the things I like about these particular sprites is that they are a lot easier to modify than the main characters.
