A little extra explanation may be needed at this point. Today we take a breif look at the "Real World". It helps if you know that the main characters are sentient computer programs called Navis who would typically be directed by their owners, usually called "operators". Megaman is Lan's Navi, Gutsman is Dex's, and Roll is Mayl's. Under normal circumstanses the Navis wouldn't be running around without their operators, when they aren't jacked in to the net they reside on their operator's PETs, kind of like a high tech PDA/Cellphone, but today they've been left on the net, and left to their devices. The whole comic is based on this isolation from their operators, hence Isolated Incident. We'll probably be seeing more of the operators as time goes on, but for now they're just chillin, with no idea what's going on in their absence.
